Staff Forum 

 

In order to listen the voice of employee and create a good communication atmosphere in the company, On Sep 19^th, 2018, Huizhou Zhongbang Electronics Co.,Ltd hold the Staff Forum in the company.

        

 

The staff actively involved with the forum and freely talking, the repesentetive of each dept. gives some opinions and suggestions about the the company"s development in the future, to improve the company’s management and efficiency. 

 

                    

    

The Vice General Manager attened the forum and made a important speech. And the staff said, the forum could help them relieve the pressure from the work, and improved the cominication between leader and staff.
